Tullahoma City Schools recently announced that during the upcoming school year, Natalie Damron will be the Assistant Principal at East Lincoln Elementary School and Sandy Klonaris will be the Assistant Principal at Tullahoma High School.
Damron has been working at East Lincoln Elementary School since 2007, while Klonaris is returning to Tullahoma High School after working as Assistant Principal at Robert E. Lee Elementary School for three years.

Tullahoma City Schools is excited to share that Natalie Damron has been named the new assistant principal at East Lincoln Elementary School for the upcoming school year.
“I am honored and thrilled to accept the position of Assistant Principal at East Lincoln Elementary School,” Damron said. “I am grateful for the trust and confidence that has been placed in me. I look forward to serving our students, staff, families and community alongside East Lincoln Elementary Principal Mrs. Rhonda Stevens-Butcher.”
Damron will step into the assistant principal role for Jill Kimzey, who will leave her position to be the Director of 6-8 Curriculum and Instruction at the Coffee County School District. Damron has been with the Tullahoma City School District since 2002, where she started her career as a fourth-grade teacher at Bel-Aire Elementary School. She then became a first-grade teacher at Jack T. Farrar from 2003 until 2007, when she joined East Lincoln Elementary School.
Damron served as an ELE Voluntary Pre-K Program (VPK) teacher until 2017, when she became a kindergarten teacher. In 2018, Darmon served as the Response To Intervention (RTI) Team Leader, and in 2022, she was named the Early Literacy and Math Coordinator and the VPK Director. Since the start of the 2023-24 school year, she has been a kindergarten teacher.

Her deep knowledge of our school community, strong relationships, and dedication to excellence make her an outstanding choice for the assistant principal position. I look forward to partnering with her as we continue to strengthen our school culture, expand opportunities for student success, and ensure that every student reaches their fullest potential.”
“I am proud that Natalie, a veteran of East Lincoln Elementary, is stepping into the role of assistant principal,” added Dr. April Norris, current TCS Deputy Director of Schools and 2026-27 Director of Schools. “She has shared her support for her Principal, Mrs. Rhonda Stevens Butcher, and her eagerness to partner with her, focusing on positive changes, celebrating students and accountability.”

Tullahoma City Schools is delighted to announce that Sandy Klonaris will be returning to Tullahoma High School as the new assistant principal for the upcoming school year.
“I am truly honored and thrilled to be joining the Tullahoma High School family in this new role,” Klonaris said. “As a proud THS graduate and someone who spent 13 years teaching in these halls, this appointment feels like coming home in the best possible way. I am excited to join Dr. English, Mr. Crutchfield, and Mrs. Pickett-Sons as part of the administrative team, and I look forward to the great things we will accomplish together for our students and staff. The Wildcats have always held a special place in my heart, and I can’t wait to give back to the school and community that helped shape who I am.”
Klonaris has spent the last three years as an assistant principal at Robert E. Lee Elementary School. She heads to Tullahoma High School after Dr. Renee Flowers left her position as an AP to become the West Middle School Principal.
Before stepping into the REL assistant principal role, Klonaris spent several years as an English teacher at different levels. She began her career at Shelbyville Central High School in 2005, then moved to West Middle School in 2008.
“I am beyond excited to welcome Sandy Klonaris back home to THS as assistant principal,” said THS Principal Dr. Greg English. “Sandy has always had a special ability to connect with students and staff, and her experience, leadership, humor, and heart make her a perfect fit for this role. While we will certainly miss Dr. Flowers and appreciate all she has done for THS, I am confident Sandy will build upon that strong foundation and continue moving our school forward.”
