SOFTBALL: Lady Raiders roll in district opener

Coffee County racked up 13 first inning runs and put an early mercy rule on Spring Hill in the district opener Wednesday night, winning 15-0 in three innings.

Senior Paisley Campbell crunched a home run and finished with 3 RBIs in the win. Haleigh Skipper, Savannah Cooper and Taylor McBride all joined Campbell in the extra-base-hit column with doubles. Skipper knocked in 3.

Madi Scott pitched 2 innings and Yeidy Cruz finished the game out. The Lady Raiders take on Gordonsville on Frday.
