Ronnie Darrell Davis Sr.

Ronnie Darrell Davis Sr. , age 45, of Estill Springs, Tenn., departed this life suddenly at his residence on Monday, January 1, 2024.  Mr. Davis was born at Harton Hospital in Tullahoma to the late Charles Lee Davis and Ruby Mae Foster Davis on April 9, 1978.  Mr. Davis last attended Center Point Church in Murfreesboro.  He was a very talented musician and could play almost every instrument he picked up.  His specialty was the guitar.  Mr. Davis was a member of many bands including, Audio Rain, Tequila Black, Buckshot, Moccasin Creek, Indifference, and Boarder Line and played  for Lynyrd Skynyrd, Marshall Tucker, Blackfoot, Aaron Lewis and many others.  His hobby was his fish tanks, he loved fish and he always had several large tanks in his home.  He will be remembered as a very social person that never met a stranger and was a “Larger than Life” personality.  He dearly loved living.  He was a beloved brother, father and grandfather. 

He is survived by his children; Katelyn Davis of Tullahoma, Ronnie Davis, Jr. and wife, Emma, Lee Hillis all of Clarksville, Ind.,  Brothers; Troy Davis and wife, Heather, Randy Davis and wife, Donna all of Estill Springs, Tenn., Tracy Davis and wife, Renea of Tullahoma, Tenn. Grandchild, Riley Sage Davis, Special Friend, Laurie Davis of Hillsboro, Tenn., Several Nieces and Nephews.

Services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 6, 2024, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services, with Bro. Josh Davis, officiating.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon on Saturday until service time at 2:00.

Interment will follow in the New Center Grove Cemetery in Estill Springs with Brothers and Nephews serving as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made by contacting Grant Funeral Services.  

Arrangements were placed in the care of Grant Funeral Services.
