Coffee County Central High School has named Quentin Beckwith its new head boys soccer coach.
Beckwith makes the move to the high school program after coaching at Coffee County Middle School last season, where he put together a successful year with the Raiders.
“We are excited to have Coach Beckwith take the next step and lead our high school boys soccer program,” Coffee County athletics said in announcing the hire. “He had a great season at CCMS last year, and we look forward to seeing him bring that same energy, leadership, and success to the high school level.”
Coffee County also highlighted Beckwith’s approach to developing his players beyond their performance on the field.
“What stands out about Quentin is that his vision goes beyond wins and losses. He cares deeply about his players, wants to make a lasting impact on their lives, and has a genuine desire to build a legacy of soccer throughout Coffee County.”
Beckwith’s familiarity with players progressing through the Coffee County soccer system also provides an opportunity for greater continuity between the middle school and high school programs.
Coffee County Central will now look to Beckwith to continue building the boys soccer program and its presence throughout the community.
