Manchester SRO gains D.A.R.E certification

Manchester Police Department SRO Andy Neesmith has graduated as a certified DARE instructor, undergoing an 80-hour training course.

DARE is a police-officer led series of classroom lessons that teaches children from kindergarten through seniors in high school how to resist peer pressure and live productive, drug and violence-free lives.
