Jean Leaviner Davis

Jean Leaviner Davis passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, October 22, 2023 in Manchester, Tennessee at the age of 86. A native of Raleigh, North Carolina, she is the daughter of the late Irene Jackson. She was a Seventh Day Adventist and was married to the late Francis Willard Davis Sr. Along with her husband she was preceded in death by one great-great grandson, Augustus Townsend.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home in Tullahoma. Friends may visit on Wednesday, October 27, 2023 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Burial will follow in Summitville Cemetery.

Jean was a homemaker and she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Raymond McMillen, Donald McMillen, Francis Willard Davis Jr., Cherie Townsend, Loretta McMillen, Mary Cromartie and Susie Qualls. Nine grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
