“Our family moved to Coffee County in 2001 where I started an engineering job at
AEDC. We dug into the community and have built a wonderful life here and raised our
two daughters. Upon moving to Tennessee, I immediately got involved in local politics, supporting Republican candidates in a county that leaned Democrat. County
Republicans elected me twice as Chairman of the county party — first in 2007 then
again in 2023 – with the goal of growing the party and recruiting conservative candidates to run for local and regional positions. It was a privilege to do my part in promoting conservative Tennessee values through the years and helping the good people of Coffee County realize that their value system aligns more directly with the values of the Republican Party. In 2009, I was elected and served one term as a Tullahoma Alderman and served on the Planning Commission.

“Regarding community engagement, I serve in leadership roles in the Arnold Community Council and Tullahoma Rotary Club and am a member of the Tullahoma & Manchester Chambers of Commerce. My family attends Covenant Presbyterian Church (PCA).

“Professionally, I am a licensed Professional Engineer, project manager at AEDC and small business owner.

“The State Executive Committeeman position represents the Republicans of State
Senate D16 (Coffee, DeKalb, Franklin, Grundy, Lincoln, and Warren counties) at the
Tennessee Republican Party. My mission will be to advance our conservative values,
grow the party, support the six county parties, recruit and train future leaders and
facilitate the flow of information from the state party to the county parties and vice versa.
