Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputy Charged with Domestic Violence Assault

Franklin County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed the arrest of deputy Billy Harris following an investigation into an alleged domestic violence incident that took place the evening of Saturday, Sept. 12. 

Harris was charged with domestic violence assault. His court date is set for October 1st. He has been released on Sept. 13 after posting $2,500 bond. 

Harris is also listed as the SRO at North Middle School.
