Coffee County has been the home of my family for five generations. My husband, Stephen, and I have been fortunate enough to live, work, and raise our family in Coffee County.

Two-thirds of my life has been dedicated to 30 years of service in a job I love with the Coffee County Property Assessor’s Office. Currently, I serve as Chief Deputy Assessor/GIS in that office.

I am also a licensed Registered Nurse in Tennessee. I hold an associate degree from Motlow, a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from MTSU, a Diploma in Practical Nursing from TCAT, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from ETSU.

The Coffee County Property Assessor’s office currently has a staff with over 100 years of combined experience. Beverly and I have worked together in the Assessor’s office for a quarter of a century.

The Property Assessor’s Office is a vital resource for the county government that benefits everyone. It is responsible for maintaining records which include ownership, appraisal value, property description, and map information within Coffee County. You can easily access this information online for free by searching TN Property Data.

The information maintained by the Property Assessor is utilized by many service agencies and businesses, including but not limited to banks, attorneys, surveyors, real estate professionals, small businesses, insurance companies, researchers, emergency personnel, and of course, current and potential property owners.

Coffee County deserves a knowledgeable Property Assessor.

As the Chief Deputy Assessor/GIS at the Property Assessor’s Office in Coffee County, I have actively participated in workshops and training seminars over the past 30 years to stay up to date with the responsibilities and duties of this office. With my knowledge and experience, I can assure voters of a seamless transition within the office. I pledge to consistently provide high-quality customer service with humility, accuracy, integrity, and efficiency.
