Jenna Amacher, a former Tullahoma Alderman and former candidate for County Clerk, was charged with a sealed indictment on five charges, according to the Tullahoma News.
Amacher is charged with false entries on official registration or election documents, false swearing or affirming, destruction of and tampering with governmental records, perjury against the peace and dignity of the state of Tennessee, and change of address. Her bond was set at $10,000.
Amacher sought the Republican nomination for Coffee County Clerk in the May 5 local primary election. Donna Lowe Spaulding won the Republican nomination in the primary.
