Alice Faye Ayers

Alice Faye Ayers of Huntland passed this life on Sunday, February 4, 2024 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga at the age of 70. Funeral Services are scheduled for Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 1 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with burial to follow at Watson Cemetery on Sugar Cove Road in Franklin County.  The family will receive friends from 10 AM – 1 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Ayers, a native of Franklin County, was the daughter of the late Alonzo and Mary Elsie Hill Clark.  She enjoyed visiting with her family and friends and also watching sunsets with her daughter.  She was always there to help other people. She loved watching the “Golden Girls” and old western TV shows.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Marie Ayers; brothers, Davis Earl, Wiley, Lloyd Alan and Jimmy Dale Clark; sisters, Mary Ann Roberts, Lorena Blackburn and Modena Russell.

Mrs. Ayers is survived by her son, Tony Ayers (Eve) of Huntland; daughter, Michelle Escobar of Huntland; sister, Elaine Hastings of Tullahoma; grandchildren, Lori Bullard (Jessy) of Huntland; Tony Michael Ayers (fiancé, Damariss Sanders) of Huntland, Erica Ayers of Huntland, Selena Escobar (significant other, Brittany Conner) of Winchester; Anna Faye Escobar (fiancé, Kevin Madewell) of Decherd, Rebecca Escobar( significant other, Seth Brassfield) of Manchester and Gerry Escobar (significant other, Kenzie Lightfoot) of Decherd; twelve great grandchildren and one great grandchild “on the way”.
